AV is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Associate to join our dynamic Materials and Logistics team, reporting to the Logistics Manager. You will receive, store, organize, and ship goods, manage inventory, prepare orders, kit products, and safely operate a forklift to move materials.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold quality standards, and support smooth logistics operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management, logistics, or shipping is a plus.
• Forklift certification or experience is required.
• Experience in inventory, shipping, or warehouse roles is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive Shipments: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring all products are correct and free from damage or defects.
• Inventory Tracking: Accurately record items in the inventory management system, ensuring quantities and descriptions match system records.
• Product Organization: Organize and label items in designated storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Cycle Counts: Perform regular inventory audits, including cycle counts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Shipping: Prepare and pack products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Coordinate with carriers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipping.
• Kitting: Assemble various components into kits based on specific customer orders or production needs, ensuring all parts are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload inventory and shipments as needed, adhering to all safety protocols and equipment guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of all receiving, shipping, and inventory activities, including discrepancies, returns, adjustments, and shipments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members from purchasing, sales, and operations to coordinate the flow of goods, resolve inventory-related issues, and meet customer order requirements.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols, operating equipment safely and following company guidelines.
