Responsibilities include processing bills of lading, ASN notices, and ensuring safe, organized shipping areas in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in production control or clerical roles.
• Proficiency with ASN, EDI and ERP systems.
• Forklift experience and safety.
• Strong communication and organization.
• 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Label and identify shipping/receiving materials.
• Monitor and file inventory of ID tags; update log.
• Count raw and finished materials daily; enter data.
• Send Advanced Shipping Notices and faxes within 30 minutes of shipment.
• Handle customer complaints and resolutions.
• Schedule trucks as directed.
• Prepare bills of lading, shippers, and labels.
• Wrap and label material; unload/load trucks.
• Backup for PC&L Supervisor when needed.
• Maintain neat shipping/receiving area and follow safety and housekeeping.
• Suggest continuous improvement ideas.
• Follow policies; perform other duties as defined by Supervisor.
