Job summary

Poly-America, L.P. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join the Shipping/Receiving department. The role involves processing orders, documentation, staging materials, and cycle counts to ensure accurate material accounting.

The employee will also handle receiving, unpacking, and delivering goods, with forklift/bike movement between buildings in outdoor environments. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of inventory control processes, strong organizational and numerical skills, and

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control processes and cycle counting.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts and report data.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to receive, stock, and deliver goods.
• Basic math and measurement understanding.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and all related documents and transfer orders.
• Stage materials and manage returns per procedures.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure accurate material accounting.
• Receive, unpack, and deliver goods; drive bike or forklift between buildings.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies with available resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry, including unit conversions.
