Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a warehouse associate to handle receiving, locating, counting, storing, stocking and shipping merchandise. You will assemble orders from stock, move pallets, and relay orders to the packing area with care and accuracy.

You will also load/unload shipments, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate location data in our system. The role requires reading procedures, lifting 75+ lbs, and clear communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Certified to operate lifting machinery (Reach Trucks and Forklifts).
• Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanner.
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals and work instructions.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs frequently.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Locate, count, receive, store, stock and ship merchandise in the warehouse.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, palletize and convey orders to packing station.
• Receive and count incoming daily freight and enter items into the computer system.
• Sort and store materials on racks, bins, or shelves by code or sequence.
• Update product maintenance locations daily.
• Complete daily cycle counts.
• Inspect and process returns into the warehouse.
• Load or unload merchandise as needed.
• Operate company equipment safely and professionally.
• Assist in daily warehouse maintenance, sanitation, and cleanup to meet safety codes.
