Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to receive, store, and distribute materials within the warehouse and prepare items for shipment. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness of all processes, including verifying serial numbers, wrapping pallets, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, shipping/receiving experience, and forklift ability. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Verify all serial numbers and parts shipping are correct.
• Wrap and tag all pallets and boxes for shipping.
• Ensure parts are delivered to phosphate department as needed.
• Assist with pulling materials for saw when needed.
• Wrap all individual parts for order shipping by ground.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Prepare parts for shipping to subcontractors.
• Verify packing list against PO on ground shipments and incoming repairs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
