Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is hiring a warehouse associate in the United States to pick, pack and ship goods, prepare bills of lading, and assist with loading trucks. You will count and record material and ensure shipment accuracy while maintaining logs and meeting deadlines.

The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, operating power tools and equipment, and partnering with third-party carriers. Basic computer skills and overtime willingness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred.
• Experience operating power tool equipment such as cherry picker, reach truck, pallet jack.
• Material handling experience is required.
• Knowledge of scanning equipment and internal tracking systems helpful.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Assist in moving materials from receiving to designated bin locations.
• Facilitate outbound shipments with proper packing methods and third-party services.
• Fulfill orders for shipment via will call, delivery, or install.
• Receive and unpack materials and supplies.
• Report damages and discrepancies for reimbursement or re-shipment.
• Maintain logs of shipments outgoing and incoming.
• Fill requisitions and distribute materials as requested.
• Allocate product to racks, shelves or bins by size, type, brand or code.
• Prepare monthly production and volume reports to measure productivity and billing.
• May handle hazardous materials and operate computer systems as directed.
