Job summary
Dr. Bronner’s is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor for an on-site role in Vista, CA. The position oversees shipping operations, ensures DOT compliance, and coordinates with production to meet weekly shipping needs.
The role requires 6 years of supervisory warehousing experience, forklift/pallet jack certifications, and proficiency with ERP systems. On-site schedule 6:30 AM–3:10 PM with full benefits.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 years of supervisory experience in warehousing operations.
- Must have forklift and pallet jack certifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and internet-based platforms.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, organizes, and ships distributor purchase orders per shipment dates and packaging standards.
- Handles inquiries about shipping, receiving, and shipments.
- Coordinates with Senior Shipping & Fulfillment Manager to procure materials for shipping operations.
- Ensures DOT compliance for all shipments (domestic and international).
- Reviews daily shipping deadlines and reallocates staff as needed.
- Keeps warehouse clean and safe per company procedures.
- Closes warehouse at end of shift and processes daily documents for invoicing.
- Collaborates with Production on inventory and weekly shipping needs.
