Job summary

Dr. Bronner’s in Vista, CA is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team and ensure daily production targets are met.

This on-site role offers a salary range of $89,000–$95,000, benefits, and a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule, with opportunities to optimize workflows and inventory.

We seek candidates with 3 years of supervisory experience, 6 years manufacturing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; ISO and safety meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of related experience with supervising a production/manufacturing team.
• At least 6 years in a manufacturing environment with planning, budgeting, and performance measurements.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Directs employees based on daily production needs.
• Review production orders and create work schedules for production.
• Ensure daily production targets are met and coordinate with leads and units.
• Provide updates on inventory status and ERP reflections across departments.
• Plan, track, analyze, and report on projects/orders of varying size and complexity.
• Prepare and maintain employee evaluations, trainings, and time-off requests.
• Identify opportunities for improvements and optimization in production.
• Assist with hiring, workflow, and terminations of assigned employees.
• Attend ISO, safety, and production-related meetings.
• Review department budget reports and optimize use of resources.
