Job summary

Dr. Bronner’s in Vista, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support outbound transportation of cold chain and dry products.

You will coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate shipping records. We offer full benefits, including medical, dental and vision, an annual discretionary bonus, 13 paid holidays, retirement plan, childcare assistance, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, warehousing, and truck dispatching.
• 3 years of experience with customer service in supply chain.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure timely and secure efficient and cost-effective outbound transportation of cold chain & dry products.
• Consolidate purchase orders by region to maximize shipping efficiency, support time deliveries, promote sustainable initiatives, and achieve cost savings.
• Learn and become proficient in the basic functions of Deacom ERP system, including reviewing and adjusting ship dates as necessary to maintain accurate MRP data to support inventory planning.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to purchase orders, shipment status, and other logistic related issues.
• Retrieve and organize shipping documents to support chargeback investigations and deductions.
• Support in continuous improvement efforts aimed at enhancing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 6:30 AM to 3:10 PM
