Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, pack lists, NAFTA/USMCA, commercial invoices).
• Promptly ship service orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Package outgoing service orders (banding, wrapping, crating).
• Assist in arranging inbound freight and back up scheduling inbound shipments.
• Track shipments and resolve issues during transit.
• Review freight invoices for billing accuracy and approvals.
• Negotiate shipping fees with couriers and prepare quotes.
