Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate outgoing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
• Maximize efficiency of deliveries by optimizing routes and schedules.
• Prepare invoices and work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information about products and services to customers and drivers.
• Assist with loading and/or offloading trucks using a forklift as needed to help stage loads.
• Make corrections and substitutions as needed to accommodate delivery changes or issues.
• Maintain fleet documentation, ensuring all records are up to date and compliant with company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of dispatch experience preferred.
