Munters is seeking a Fabricated Parts Expeditor in Daleville, VA to validate, coordinate and expedite fabricated parts to keep the production schedule on track. The role requires strong communication, time management, forklift operation (training allowed), and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

You will inspect outsourced parts, serve as liaison between assembly and fabrication, and track data in the remake database to ensure timely delivery and efficient material flow.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective time management and prioritization.
• Ability to operate a forklift (training or experience).
• Self-motivated and able to communicate at all levels.
• Strong computer/systems skills.
• HS or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing/scheduling/production control preferred.
• Exposure to lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Validate, coordinate and expedite the flow of fabricated parts to support the production schedule.
• Inspect, validate and organize outsourced fabricated parts before delivery to staging areas.
• Act as liaison between assembly and fabrication for remake parts and track data in remake database.
• Track, locate and move critical fabricated parts to specified production areas as needed.
• Monitor and control fabricated parts racks for efficient usage.
• Confer with supervisors and other departments to determine progress on materials.
