Job summary

Lutron Ketra in Austin, TX is seeking Warehouse Associates for the 9:30am–6:00pm shift. This direct hire role offers full benefits and a starting wage of $20.50 per hour.

You will be part of the Operations team, rotating through multiple departments to gain exposure to equipment, processes, and technologies used in our high‑tech manufacturing and distribution facility. Responsibilities include operating powered industrial equipment, RF‑based picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial equipment.
• 1 year shipping or receiving experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Flexibility to work 1st shift (9:30am–6:00pm) and overtime as needed.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment (electric pallet jacks, order pickers, forklifts).
• Use RF technology to pick, pack, ship, receive, put away and replenish stock.
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner.
• Learn and use inventory management system and enter material transactions.
• Collaborate with supply chain and distribution teams to process orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Lutron Ketra has immediate openings on our 9:30am-6:00pm shift for Shipping/Receiving/Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators of all experience levels at our Manufacturing and Distribution facility in Austin, TX. In this position you would be a key part of the Operations team. You will build a career with a high‑tech company working in a hands‑on environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, gaining exposure to the broad range of equipment, processes, and technologies employed in our operation.

Responsibilities

• Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment (such as electric pallet jacks, order pickers, and forklifts, etc.)
• Utilize RF technology to perform distribution functions such as picking, packing and shipping orders, receiving, put away and stock replenishment
• Deliver material to production lines in a timely manner
• Learn and use our inventory management system and enter materials transactions
• Work with our supply chain and distribution teams to process customer orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Equipment
• 1 year shipping or receiving experience (preferred)
• Desire to learn additional warehouse equipment
• Flexibility to work 1st shift (9:30am-6:00pm) and overtime as needed
• Have a valid Driver’s License
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to move to surrounding workstations and to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
• Ability to work safely, wear appropriate PPE, and follow safety procedures
