Southshore Companies seeks a Customer Service Representative to support paper work flow and data entry in the Iowa RDC. You will interact with customers, vendors and drivers while maintaining accurate records and supporting shipping/receiving operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years clerical or customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and SAP experience is a plus. Willingness to work Monday–Friday with overtime; safety and soy allergen awareness are

Qualifications

2+ years of clerical office / customer service experience required.
Prior SAP experience a plus.
Inventory control experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

Manage inbound and outbound shipments and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
Compile, sort and verify data for entry.
Track, trace and update shipment status.
Answer phones and respond to customer requests professionally.
Set up and maintain files for customer stored materials.
Verify received documents in all computer systems.
Identify, research and resolve customer issues.
Provide on-the-job training for new employees.
Support shipping and receiving departments and suggest process improvements.
