Southshore Companies in York, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage paperwork flow, input data, and deliver excellent customer service in the RDC. The role requires attention to detail, data accuracy, and strong communication with customers, drivers, and vendors.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of clerical or customer service experience. SAP experience and bilingual ability are a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of clerical office or customer service experience required; additional education may substitute for experience.
• Prior SAP experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound/outbound shipments, verify inventory counts, entry data, and maintain databases.
• Track, trace, and update status of shipments.
• Provide professional customer service via phone and in person.
• Enter and verify documents and records across computer systems.
• Collaborate with drivers, vendors, and coworkers to resolve issues.
• Perform data entry and generate reports as required.
• Overtime including some Saturdays during peak season.
