Kelly is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our Chesterfield, MI team. This on-site role supports customer service, order processing, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely deliveries.

You will handle inquiries, manage orders from inception to invoicing, and communicate scheduling changes with internal teams. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree and at least two years in sales or customer service within manufacturing or automotive sectors.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales with a minimum of two (2) years of sales and customer service/coordination experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, plus experience with MRP systems and customer portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
