RJW Logistics Group is seeking a motivated warehouse Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and documentation in a fast-paced facility in Mesquite, Texas. You will coordinate with drivers, prepare paperwork, and ensure accurate order processing to keep customer orders on time.

Qualifications

• Basic office clerical skills.
• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience.
• Basic transportation, logistics and shipping experience.

Responsibilities

• Check in all drivers.
• Print all pertinent paperwork for shipping.
• Coordinate with dock and drivers which door to load from.
• Ensure paperwork is signed by pickup driver.
• Close loads in the system.
• Coordinate with Customer Service for special paperwork.
• Communicate problems and inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Update reports as required by operations manager and COO.
