Job summary

ANFISA SKIN LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Assistant to join the warehouse team. You will support daily logistics by preparing, packing, and staging orders for outbound shipment and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include documenting shipments, coordinating carrier pickups, loading/unloading, and performing quality checks to prevent errors. A strong emphasis on safety and accuracy is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or stockroom environment preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with shipping software (Shopify).

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pick, inspect, wrap, and pack products according to shipping guidelines and quality standards.
• Shipping Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and customs documents (if applicable).
• Carrier Coordination: Schedule pickups and stage packages/pallets for carriers (e.g. UPS, DHL, USPS).
• Loading & Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing packages for damage, correct labeling, and accurate quantities before departure.
• Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Assistant to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will support daily logistics operations by preparing, packing, and staging orders for outbound shipment. You will inspect outgoing inventory, handle shipping documentation, load delivery vehicles, and ensure that all products reach our customers safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Packing: Accurately pick, inspect, wrap, and pack products according to shipping guidelines and quality standards.
• Shipping Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), packing slips, and customs documents (if applicable).
• Carrier Coordination: Schedule pickups and stage packages/pallets for carriers (e.g. , UPS, DHL, USPS).
• Loading & Unloading: Safely operate material handling equipment
• Quality Assurance: Inspect outgoing packages for damage, correct labeling, and accurate quantities before departure.
• Workplace Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company policies.
• Reports to: Shipping Lead

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or stockroom environment preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; experience with shipping software (e.g., Shopify).
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to [50 lbs] regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.
