Responsibilities

• Receiving/Stocking: unload, inspect, verify shipments against POs/invoices, enter receipts into the WMS, stock inbound products, manage inbound carrier schedules, notify management of issues.
• Shipping: pack, label, and prepare outbound orders, ensure they match picking tickets, schedule and track carrier pickups.
• Equipment Operation: safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Documentation: keep detailed records of daily shipments and receipts.
• Safety & Maintenance: keep dock/warehouse clean and compliant with safety procedures.

Job Summary:

• Receiving/Stocking: Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/invoices to ensure no damages or discrepancies. Enter eceipts into the WMS system. Stock inbound products in appropriate locations and areas. Manage inbound carrier schedules. Notify management of any shipping/receiving issues.
