Position Summary

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by maintaining order accuracy, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Available Shift Schedules

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules:

• Saturday - Sunday:Two 8-hour shifts
• Saturday - Sunday:Two 10-hour shifts

Specific shifts start and end times will be discussed during the interview process.

Primary Responsibilities

Order Picking, Packing & Shipping (Primary Function)

• Accurately pick products and materials according to customer orders using packing slips.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (MHE).
• Shipping experience with major carriers and online shipping platforms.
• Inventory control and cycle count experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment when authorized and trained.
