Job summary

Talentify in Franklin, MA is seeking a Material Handler to unload tires from inbound flatbed trailers using conveyors and automated lifting equipment. You will rotate between unloading and inventory tasks to build a varied skill set while keeping workflows efficient.

Responsibilities

• Unload tires from inbound 57' flatbed trailers using conveyor systems and automated lifting equipment.
• Work as part of a team to unload, scan, label, organize, and palletize tires for inventory.
• Perform repetitive lifting of tires weighing between 50-70 lbs throughout the shift.
• Rotate between unloading and inventory functions every other day to ensure varied skill development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by properly scanning, labeling, and organizing tires.
• Ability to consistently lift 50-70 lbs.
• Strong physical stamina to remain on feet and handle tires throughout the shift.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.
• Teamwork skills to collaborate effectively during unloading and inventory processes.
• Attention to detail for inventory accuracy.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
