Job summary

Heritage Auctions in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage packing and shipping for a diverse range of collectibles in a fast-paced environment. This client-facing role requires careful handling and reliable, timely delivery to consignors and auctions.

Responsibilities include assessing packaging needs for delicate items, coordinating local and long-distance shipments, and maintaining supply areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of shipping experience in an office and packaging environment
• Basic understanding of estimating for small package and LTL shipments
• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to repeatedly lift 40 to 70 pounds for approximately 8 hours on a daily basis
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and basic computer skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented

SUMMARY:

Responsible for all tasks related to accurately packing and shipping items in a fast-paced environment. This is a client-facing position.

COMPENSATION:

$22.00/hr.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
