Pay: $15.50–$18 per hour (DOE)

This position offers hands-on experience in shipping, printing, packing, mailbox services, business services, retail sales, and notary services in a fast-paced, professional retail environment.

Previous experience working at The UPS Store is highly preferred. We also welcome applicants with experience at FedEx Office, Staples Print & Marketing, Office Depot Print Center, PostalAnnex+, Pak Mail, Postal Connections, or similar shipping and printing businesses.

Please Note: This is a retail customer service position with a locally owned and operated The UPS Store. This is not a UPS warehouse, package handler, or distribution center position.What You’ll Do

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Associate, you'll help customers with a variety of shipping, printing, and business service needs while providing outstanding customer service.

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Process UPS, USPS, and international shipments
• Professionally pack fragile and valuable customer items
• Create shipping labels and process shipments using carrier software
• Assist customers with mailbox rentals and business services
• Produce professional printing projects
• Document Finishing
• Operate:
• POS system
• Computers
• Digital copiers
• Laminators
• Binding equipment
• Scanners
• Fax equipment
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Maintain inventory and merchandise displays
• Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Become an Arizona Notary Public

No notary experience? No problem!

Qualified employees will receive:

Qualifications

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
