Aerotek in Glendale, AZ is seeking a detail-oriented Shipper & Receiver to join our growing distribution team. You will ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of items while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This 1st shift role involves operating RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, support accurate order fulfillment, and contribute to safe, efficient operations in a modern, climate-controlled facility.

Competenze

• 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
• MUST HAVE HIGHSCHOOL DIPLOMA AND W2 WITH LAST YEAR OF WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience in shipping, receiving, order selection, picking, packing, and material handling.
• Experience using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
• Ability to accurately read documentation, labels, and inventory information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Mansioni

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with warehouse housekeeping standards.
• Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support additional warehouse and distribution activities as needed.

In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. Qualifications

Required

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience .

Work Environment

This position is based in a modern 400,000-square-foot, climate-controlled distribution center designed to support high-volume warehouse operations. Employees work primarily on 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities based on business needs.

Daily responsibilities involve the use of RF scanners, warehouse management systems, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. The role requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and working within a highly organized environment dedicated to safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Glendale, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
