Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist in Chambersburg, PA. This on-site contract role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and teamwork in a busy e-commerce distribution environment.

You will handle RF scanning, pallet jacks, and conveyor-based shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency across shifts. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Comfortable using RF scanners or warehouse technology.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Chambersburg, PA | Contract | $18.50/hr + Overtime Opportunities

Shift

Day Shift: 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM

Schedule: 6 days per week, including weekends

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently

Work Environment

You’ll work in a busy e-commerce distribution center supporting shipping and receiving operations. The warehouse is not climate-controlled, but fans are used throughout the facility to help manage temperatures. This is a physically active role that involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chambersburg, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
