Aerotek is seeking a dependable Shipper & Receiver to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory in Needham, MA. The role emphasizes accuracy, hands-on work, and collaboration to ensure secure, quality medical-grade products are delivered.

The position is onsite in Needham and pays hourly with a contract-to-hire path. You will handle labeling, ERP records, and various warehouse tasks while growing with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active during the shift.
• Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and shipping platforms.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Package and prepare domestic and international shipments, including fragile medical-grade products.
• Verify orders, job travelers, and shipping paperwork for accuracy.
• Create labels and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and WorldShip.
• Maintain shipment and inventory records using ERP systems.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials.
• Assist with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and warehouse activities.
• Build and customize packaging using basic tools such as saws and drills.
• Operate pallet jacks and safely move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following quality procedures.
• Support manufacturing and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Needham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
