Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Restaurant Manager, shipboard experience required.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience leading multi-cultural teams in premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee F&B operations and shipboard events.
• Plan inventory, ordering and budgets to meet KPI targets.
• Lead and train a multicultural Restaurant Team daily.
• Ensure STAR Service Standards and Public Health compliance.
• Greet Guests, ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.
• Schedule openings/closings, maintain grooming and safety rules.
