Viking Shipboard Restaurant Manager position responsible for efficient F&B operations and guest satisfaction aboard our award-winning ships. You will train and empower a multi-cultural crew, maintain cleanliness and safety, and align with corporate STAR Service Standards.

You will lead daily service, menu presentations with the Executive Chef, and coordinate opening/closing routines, inventories, and payroll-related documentation, ensuring high standards and guest delight onboard.

Qualifications

• English fluency with excellent communication.
• Experience leading multi-cultural teams and hands-on leadership.
• Flexible, stress resistant and capable of working under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee F&B ship operations and guest service to STAR standards.
• Train and support the team, ensuring adherence to service guidelines.
• Plan inventories, orders and schedules to meet guest demand and financial goals.
• Lead opening/closing routines and assign duties across outlets.
• Ensure PPE use, hygiene, and safety policies are followed.
