A leading cruise line is seeking a Lead Line Cook for its shipboard team. The role involves assisting the Executive Chef with food preparation and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for guests and crew. Candidates should have at least 4 years of culinary experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a capacity to manage a team of galley stewards. This is a full-time position requiring a flexible work schedule of 7 days per week onboard for 6-8 weeks at a time, followed by 1-2 weeks off.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years' experience at a full-service restaurant, hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
Must have line experience with meals and buffets.
US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test required.
Responsibilities
