Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to manage maintenance and projects for onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. The role reports to the First Engineer and requires supervising the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team.

You will be responsible for operations, safety, and uptime of chiller plants, brine systems, and related equipment, while ensuring GSM and guest satisfaction. Onboard living applies.

Qualifications

• Relevant HVAC qualifications.
• EPA certification.
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems onboard.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team.
• Use AMOS and AIMS to forecast, plan, and record work.
• Maintain safety and show quality standards while engaging guests and crew.
