Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to manage maintenance, repairs, projects and operations for HVAC and Refrigeration aboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel.

You will report to the First Engineer and supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, ensuring guest comfort, safety, and adherence to GSM/SQS standards while driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• HVAC qualifications required.
• EPA certification required.
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair main A/C chiller plant and associated systems.
• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair, and performance of fan coil A/C systems and supervisor systems.
• Maintain refrigerant and glycol systems with emphasis on zero leakage and EPA compliance.
• Forecast, plan, and record work using AMOS and related systems.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team.
