Disney Cruise Line is seeking a skilled HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to maintain and repair onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning team, reporting to the First Engineer on a 2.5 stripes officer level.

This shipboard role requires willingness to live at sea, pass pre-employment medicals, and meet safety and security standards while delivering high-quality guest experiences.

Competenze

• Relevant HVAC qualifications.
• EPA certification.
• Shipboard or maritime industry experience.

Mansioni

• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair and optimize main A/C chiller plant and auxiliary systems.
• Oversee Refrigeration team and ensure safety and SQS compliance.
• Forecast and document work using AMOS and AIMS systems.
• Coordinate with contractors onboard and shore personnel as required.
• Ensure compliance with EPA rules and zero leakage targets.
