Disney Cruise Line is seeking an HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to manage maintenance, repairs, and projects for onboard HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, reporting to the First Engineer.

The role requires shipboard availability and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining main and auxiliary A/C plants, ensuring zero leakage tolerance, and using AMOS and AIMS

Qualifications

• HVAC qualifications relevant to shipboard systems.
• EPA certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Previous shipboard or maritime industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate, inspect, maintain, repair and optimize HVAC/chiller plants aboard the vessel.
• Oversee Refrigeration and Air Conditioning teams and assist on-call engineers.
• Monitor system performance and prevent leaks; ensure EPA compliance.
