Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an experienced HVAC - Refrigeration Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance and projects of HVAC and refrigeration systems aboard a Disney vessel. The role includes supervising the Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and the Air Conditioning Team, reporting to the First Engineer, and ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain main A/C chiller plant and related systems.
• Supervise Refrigeration Assistant Engineers and Air Conditioning Team onboard.
• Forecast, implement and record all work and stock using AMOS.
• Forecast and record guest/crew area deficiencies with AIMS and close work orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve HVAC and refrigeration efficiency and procedures.
• Maintain safety, show quality standards and GSM ratings; interact with guests and crew.
