Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams aboard ships and in shipyards.
• Knowledge of marine HVAC systems, ductwork, and chillers.
• Ability to read blueprints and manage subcontractors on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site HVAC installation and supervision aboard ships.
• Coordinate subcontractors, track milestones, and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare status reports and manage project correspondence and trackers.
• Assist in startup and testing to validate ductwork and fan configurations.
