Job summary
Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. seeks an experienced leader to heading riding teams, coordinating multi-disciplinary technical crews for onboard and drydock projects.
You will partner with shipboard and shoreside teams to plan, deploy, and supervise maintenance and HV AC activities while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Ideal candidate has 15+ years in technical/HVAC operations within maritime or cruise industries, with shipboard supervision experience and strong project planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related technical field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Technical/HVAC operations within maritime or cruise industry.
- Strong understanding of shipboard systems, maintenance, and repair practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Technical Superintendents to develop scopes of work for riding teams on onboard and drydock projects.
- Plan and execute deployment and scheduling of riding teams in line with vessel itineraries and project timelines.
- Ensure teams are trained, equipped, and certified for their areas of responsibility; supervise work remotely or onboard for quality and safety.
- Maintain and manage toolboxes and specialized equipment required for riding team operations.
- Monitor progress, provide updates to senior leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
