Job summary

A leading cruise line company is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join their shipboard team for the 2026 season. The ideal candidate will oversee hotel operations, manage crew performance, and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and responding to guest needs. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in hospitality management and at least 3 years of management experience at a hotel or cruise ship. This full-time role involves working 7 days a week while onboard the ship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including long days.
• US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Assists Hotel Manager as directed.
• Ensures all staterooms and public spaces are clean.
• Responds quickly to guest requests.
