Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Perform duties of Hotel General Manager when off-ship.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
• Oversee crew orientation, training, scheduling, and discipline.
