Qualifications
Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days.
US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test required.
Assist the Hotel Manager in managing the Hotel Department.
Supervise the shipboard hotel management team.
Ensure service excellence and superior guest satisfaction.
Respond quickly to guest requests.
