A leading American cruise company is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join their shipboard team for the 2026 season. This role involves assisting in managing the hotel department, supervising the hotel management team, and ensuring service excellence for guests onboard. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and a minimum of 3 years of management experience. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days.
• US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test required.
• Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel Manager in managing the Hotel Department.
• Supervise the shipboard hotel management team.
• Ensure service excellence and superior guest satisfaction.
• Respond quickly to guest requests.
