Job summary

A premier cruise line is looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join their shipboard team for the 2026 season. The role is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and managing the Hotel Department alongside the Hotel Manager. Candidates should have at least 3 years of management experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills, and be available to work long hours onboard. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Perform duties of Hotel General Manager when needed.
• Ensure all housekeeping standards are followed.
