Job summary

A leading cruise line is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join their shipboard management team. Responsibilities include assisting the Hotel Manager in ensuring service quality, supervising hotel operations, and maintaining guest satisfaction. Candidates should possess at least 3 years of management experience in hospitality and a related bachelor's degree. The position involves working 7 days a week during 6 to 8 weeks onboard, followed by 1 to 2 weeks off. A competitive daily rate along with health and dental benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Travel availability and flexible work schedule required.
• US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hotel Manager to manage the Hotel Department to meet quality standards.
• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Oversee bar operations and manage inventory.
