Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a Vessel Ops & Strategy Senior Analyst to design, analyze, and execute strategic initiatives that advance NCLH’s competitive position, growth, and operational performance.

The role focuses on breaking down complex business problems, developing data-driven insights, and synthesizing recommendations for executive leadership while partnering across functions to implement high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, financial strategy/capital planning, management consulting, and/or PE operations.
• Understanding of vessel operations, marine/technical systems, and cruise industry dynamics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable strategic projects and partnerships in alignment with the enterprise strategy and goals
• Analyze and support the integration of new ventures and strategic initiatives by developing execution strategies, evaluating key business decisions and tradeoffs, facilitating cross-functional alignment, identifying risks and dependencies, and recommending solutions to drive successful implementation.
• Develop executive-level analyses, presentations, and recommendations for the board and executive leadership team, translating complex business issues into clear, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with working-level team(s) at strategic partner(s) and third-party execution support (e.g., management consultants, design consultants, and contractors)
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability across the project team(s)
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned
