Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work onboard for 28 weeks in shipboard hotel services. You will provide exceptional hospitality, greet guests, and support dining and events across multiple itineraries.

Compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,400 per week with bonuses, and major living expenses are covered aboard. This is an introductory, temporary position designed to build a foundation in hospitality and future opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Citizen or Green Card holder as per US law.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality dining service.
• Set up and break down meals and events.
• Greet guests by name, offer menu/wine suggestions, and answer questions.
• Relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe and welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces.
• Greet guests by name and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Clean rooms, stock supplies, and organize inventory.
• Support events like embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
