American Cruise Lines is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships in a shipboard hotel, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing the brand.

This temporary 28-week position offers weekly wages from $1,000 to $1,400, with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided. Crew members will contribute to extraordinary guest experiences across over 50 itineraries and 35 states.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test required for all shipboard employees.
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on board.
• Grooming standards apply, with limitations on tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment for up to 28 weeks; no guaranteed future employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high-quality dining service and greet guests; offer menu/wine suggestions.
• Set up/break down meals and events; relay orders and serve with attention to detail.
• Maintain safe, welcoming guest areas, including staterooms and common spaces; assist with housekeeping requests.
• Support embarkation, tea service, and cocktail parties.
