American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Crew Members for the 2026 season to work onboard for 28 weeks in our shipboard hotel, delivering outstanding hospitality and representing the brand.

This temporary position includes weekly pay ($1,000–$1,400) with bonuses, travel/room/board coverage, uniforms and training, and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for all shipboard employees is required under federal law.
• Grooming standards apply; temporary position not exceeding 28 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality in shipboard hotel and dining service, greet guests and assist with menu selections.
• Maintain safe, clean guest areas including staterooms and common spaces; support events and tea service.
