Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking a cook to prepare food for events aboard Coast Guard‑inspected passenger vessels. You will cut, chop, peel, plate, and assist with deliveries while maintaining safe, sanitary workstations and following food safety standards.

This role requires at least one year of kitchen experience, the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 40 pounds.
