Qualifications

• Must understand and communicate in English with crew.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes applicable to food prep.
• California Food Handlers certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food for events including cutting, peeling and plating.
• Assist with processing deliveries and maintain sanitary galley.
• Stock, label and rotate food products; monitor work areas during shift.
