Job summary

Zantech IT in Mobile, AL is seeking a qualified Technical Support Management (TSM) Deficiency Records Administrator for a hybrid role. You will manage deficiency records across the TSM and ETC tools, support trials and inspections, and ensure compliance with ATO rules while coordinating with OPC PRO and INSURV personnel.

The role requires Security+ certification, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years relevant experience.
• Security+ certification required.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with TSM and ETC tool.

Responsibilities

• Provide TSM System and ETC training to OPC PRO personnel and INSURV team members.
• Track deficiency records and processes (CARs, trials, inspections).
• Develop ship-unique data for OPC PRO deficiency input in ETC and TSM.
• Maintain status of deficiency records from creation to closure in ETC/TSM.
• Prepare technical briefings, audits, and milestone reviews.
• Produce weekly program management and metric status reports.
• Generate trial card status reports and drive correction of deficiencies.
• Maintain ETC creation capability during pre-trial inspections and tests.
• Coordinate transfer of data to TSM from prior cutters and rollovers.
• Assist in pre-screening and screening activities around trials.
• Support OPS PRO and INSURV personnel with new trial cards.
