Job summary

TAS Energy is seeking a Ship Loose Coordinator to own the day-to-day coordination, control, tracking, and communication of ship loose material from project release through final shipment and closeout. You will ensure material readiness, accurate documentation, and timely shipment while working with Warehouse, Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics.

The role requires coordinating warehouse personnel, reconciling BOMs to POs, and maintaining shipment records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience with warehouse, shipping, logistics, or manufacturing is valued.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the ship loose process from material readiness through shipment and closeout.
• Reconcile BOM to POs and planned orders, resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain a project-level ship loose tracker for readiness, shortages, and status.
• Coordinate warehouse personnel for picking, staging, packing, and shipment prep.
• Manage fall-off process and ensure corrective actions are tracked.
• Provide routine shipment status updates to Service and stakeholders.
• Control and document shipment records including packing lists and freight docs.
• Maintain organized electronic shipment records by project/unit.
• Verify material against approved lists and shipment documents before release.
• Coordinate transportation requirements with Logistics and Warehouse leadership.
• Communicate shipment risks and delays promptly to minimize impact.
• Support investigation of discrepancies and claims.
• Develop and enforce ship loose work instructions and checklists.
• Monitor performance metrics: on-time shipment, documentation, aging items.
