Job summary

The Ship Loose Coordinator at TAS Energy Inc. owns the day-to-day coordination, control, tracking, and communication of ship loose material from project release through final shipment and closeout.

You will work closely with Warehouse, Project Management, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Service to ensure material readiness and accurate shipment status, while maintaining organized records and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Knowledge of BOMs, POs, and shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Own ship loose process from material identification to shipment confirmation and closeout.
• Maintain a project-level ship loose tracker showing material readiness, shortages, staging, and shipment status.
• Coordinate and prioritize warehouse personnel for ship loose picking, staging, verification, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Verify shipment documentation and maintain electronic records for quick retrieval.
• Communicate shipment status and escalate risks to Service and stakeholders.
